Regular Business Visits and Meetings
We are one of the very few accounting or bookkeeping companies that pay regular visits to customers' locations. If your business is located within 25 square miles of Columbus,Ohio, we will be there at least twice a month. If your business is located anywhere else in the United States, we will pay you at least 1 visit every 3 months (4 times a year), and at least 1 visit a year for businesses outside the United States. This is to ensure that what we process is not just what you provide, but information we can verify.

When it came to pricing, we considered the financial constraints of small businesses,especially those who are just starting out. We recognize the fact that in the early life of abusiness, cash is tight, and took this into consideration when we did our pricing. This is why we are offering these essential services for just a fraction of what they would costin most other places.
Flexible Billing
Our flexible billing program is one of the best of all small businessesin the country. You get to pick your billing date, and you can change that date anytime you want. You also have the option of paying by check,cash, credit/debit card, money order/cashier's check. You can pre-pay for 6 months and get a 10% discount, or pre-pay for 1 year and get 15% discount.
We take clients from out of state
If your business is out of state or outside the United States, all you need to do is packageyour receipts and mail them to us, or scan your financial transactionsto us. In 3 days, your financial statements are ready, and we do avideo-conferencing meeting to discuss the results. Once every 3 months,we visit our out of state clients, and once a year, we visit ourout- of- the-United States clients to among other things, establish a meaningfulrelationship, and to see first hand, what their business models and processes actually look like in reality.
